Stay Warm in Your Snuggie

The Snuggie as seen on TV is a blanket that has sleeves. It sounds simple enough, but you wouldn't believe how cozy and convenient the Snuggie is. For this reason there are now Snuggies for men, women, kids and dogs. While this product used to come in only three colors, today it comes in a wide variety of colors and prints due to customer demand. You may wonder, why not just wrap up in a blanket? Well, try to do that and go about your daily business. If you have housework, computer tasks or simply want to read and sip a cup of tea a blanket will make it more difficult.

Not to mention blankets can be cumbersome. The warmest blanket in our home is very heavy and bulky, and walking around wrapped up in it would be quite inconvenient. This is where Snuggies come in very handy. They are light, yet warm. These fleece blanket-robes are perfect for traveling in cars or on planes, viewing outdoor sporting events in cool weather, even walking from pub to pub at night. If you work in a chilly environment, this product can keep you warm as you do your job. We all know movie theaters are well cooled, so if you are sensitive to the cold one of these would be great at the movies also.

When it comes to Snuggies for your pet, you will find different sizes for different dogs. Some dogs are going to enjoy the warmth and coziness of this garment while others will have no part of it. Many canines with short hair such as the Dachshund and the Chihuahua need extra warmth in cold weather. These dogs shiver and shake easily because of the lack of fur. While a Siberian Husky probably doesn't need a blanket in the winter, a shorter haired dog certainly might.

It seems since the first television ads, this product has taken off in popularity. You can buy it in stores (and pet stores for your dog,) however when you buy from the official television infomercial or official online vendor you get two Snuggies and two book lights for the price of one, which is an incredible deal. A book light goes great with a Snuggie because it lets you read in the dark while staying cozy and warm. Is there anything more comforting than reading under warm fleece? The best part is, your hands are free to turn pages, answer the phone, do whatever you need to do.
